Our shipping policy applies to all orders placed through our website for delivery within the state of Tennessee.

Shipping Methods:
We offer two delivery options within Tennessee:

  1. Local Delivery: Available for addresses within a 10-mile radius of our store location.
  2. Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all orders within Tennessee.

Shipping Rates:

  1. Local Delivery: Free for addresses within a 10-mile radius of our store location.
  2. Standard Shipping: Flat-rate shipping fee. Shipping added at checkout.

Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are typically 2 to 5 business days from the date of shipment. Please understand that I do not have full control over shipping times once your order is dropped off at the post office. Delivery times may vary depending on factors such as holidays, inclement weather, or carrier delays.

Local deliveries go out every Tuesday & Friday excluding holidays.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently only ship orders within the state of Tennessee. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the carrier's website and entering the provided tracking number.

Tracking is unavailable for local delivery, but you should receive an email once it is delivered.

Shipping Address:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Confirmation:
